*Return Policy
Our mission at Best in Beauty is to introduce you to the best and safest beauty products available. If after purchasing a product from one of our vendors, you want to return it, you first need to call 1-800-943-6578 to obtain a return authorization number. You will be provided with this authorization number if you are returning the product
unopened and
within 30 days of purchase. For health reasons, we are not allowed to accept returns for opened products.

*FERRO COSMETICS
Due to the nature of our [Ferro] products, returns will be exchanged with the product of your choice of equal or lesser value, and are only accepted with pre-authorization, and must be requested within 14 days of receipt of your order. Exchanged products that are less than the purchase price will be refunded for the difference by crediting back the card or payment method used. If you are completely dissatisfied with your products, we will refund the purchase price of the product(s) minus shipping costs. Exchange and Refund requests must be presented in writing along with reason for refund or exchange request in order to receive a pre-authorization number.
Returns are only accepted with pre-authorization on a case-by-case situation. An authorization for returns is granted only if the safety seal is no broken and still intact and the product is in its original packaging and is not used. Customer is responsible for shipping costs for all returns with a 2% restocking fee.
Ferro Exchanges & Returns
Issues with the [Ferro] products in question must be made to our attention within two (2) weeks of receipt of order. Returns and exchanges are void after 30 days.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs for return of said [Ferro] product(s), and is responsible for providing delivery confirmation or some sort of tracking. Ferro Cosmetics is not responsible for lost packages and will not be able to carry through with exchange without receiving the merchandise in question.
Contact Ferro at (800) 210-3787 prior to mailing any returns with your reason for returning the product(s) and a proof of purchase, ideally the order number or a legible copy of the receipt. We do not refund the purchase amount to you. Instead we will replace the product with another item of the same value. Items must be received undamaged and unused. Please inspect all orders when you first receive them. If you wish to purchase a pricier item, you will be responsible for paying the difference, along with the shipping cost. If return is due to incorrect merchandise shipped, unsatisfactory coloring or a damaged item, Ferro Cosmetics will promptly send you a replacement or issue a full refund once the merchandised had been returned. No additional shipping or handling fees will be charged for the replacement of such damaged or defective shipments. Refunds can only be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged. Packages marked "Return to Sender" cannot be processed or refunded.

DROPWISE ESSENTIALS
Exchange Policy
We stand behind our [Dropwise] products with a 100% customer satisfaction policy. If for any reason you are not happy with the quality of our [Dropwise] products or find them to be defective in any way, please return the unused portion with a brief explanation of why you are returning it, and we will either exchange it for another item of your choosing or give you a refund, less the original shipping charges.
If there is a problem with your [Dropwise] order when you receive it, please contact us immediately. In the unlikely event that we made an error in processing your order we will ask you to return the incorrect items at our cost within 15 days of delivery, and replace them if appropriate. We pay the shipping charges for returns due to our error. All freight and handling charges on other returned goods are the responsibility of the customer. If you are returning an item for exchange we will waive the shipping charges on the new item. All returns must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of your order. A 20% re-stocking fee may apply to certain returned items.
If you return an item to us [Dropwise] for refund or exchange we recommend you use a carrier like UPS or FedEx so it can be easily tracked. If you use USPS to return an item we recommend you send it via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items that have been lost or misplaced by the post office.
Please do not return any [Dropwise] items to us before contacting us first and obtaining a return authorization. We will not be responsible for returned items that have not been authorized.
